Hitit University Technology Transfer Office (Hitit TTO) aims for impactful outcomes in many areas, from women's employment and exports to cultural heritage and production technologies, in these projects that will accelerate the economic and social development of Çorum.
1. “The Role of Women in Hittite Civilization” – Social Assistance and Solidarity Foundation
Developed with the consultancy support of Hitit TTO, this project, led by Prof. Dr. Ufuk Gergerlioğlu and his team, aims to uncover the social, cultural, and economic role of women in Hittite civilization.
2. “Welding and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) to Improve Quality in Exports” – Çorum GİAD
This project, to be conducted under the academic leadership of Hitit TTO Director Assoc. Prof. Dr. Özgür Özdilli and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bünyamin Çiçek, aims to increase the qualified workforce in the region and strengthen the industry's ability to compete internationally.
3. “Women's Empowerment in ARMOR's New Production Facility” – ARMOR HEAT
In this project aimed at increasing women's employment, under the consultancy of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bünyamin Çiçek, the professional development of female employees in the new production facilities will be supported.
4. “Development of Export Capacity through Target Market Monitoring and Freedom of Operation Analysis in Health Technologies” – INTERPACS
This project, led by Hitit TTO Deputy Director Burcu Kabakdere, aims to strengthen the export strategies of INTERPACS, a company operating in the field of health technologies, by conducting target market monitoring, freedom of operation, and competition assessments. Hitit TTO continues to contribute to regional development with its projects accepted within the scope of the 2025 OKA support program, while showcasing successful examples of academy-industry collaboration.
